It’s not everyday that we want to workout and that is completely fine. It’s okay to take rest days, sometimes even a couple of rest days, perhaps a rest week if you really need it. Although it’s important to listen to our body’s and relax when we need it, it’s also very important to workout because there are many health benefits other than just looking fit. Exercise is one of my favorite things. I love feeling good after a solid workout! I had heard of some of the benefits you mentioned, but not all, and now that makes me love working out even more!!!

Heading to the gym now! Feels so much better getting it done early. Once it becomes habit it gives me a little anxiety if I don’t get to the gym. 🙂

Also good if you have mild arthritis. Low impact repetitive joint motion eases the pain. My tip is to take some funny/interesting podcasts with you to listen to or if possible watch a quiz show while your cycling – exercise your brain as well as your brawn.

Ah, i miss working out! I haven’t been out on a run in a week I think and I feel miserable!!!! And honestly, there is absolutely no downside of every working out!
