Tips & Tricks
- Take the stairs whenever possible instead of taking an elevator or an escalator
- Drink plenty of water
- Try to go for a walk outside for 10-15 minutes, weather permitting of course
- Remember to stretch before and after a workout
- Do a warm up before each workout
Will definitely be with you this week by taking the stairs as much as I can. It’s really helpful to stay active during the day! And water! Need to drink more water though…
