Tips & Tricks

  • Take the stairs whenever possible instead of taking an elevator or an escalator
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Try to go for a walk outside for 10-15 minutes, weather permitting of course
  • Remember to stretch before and after a workout
  • Do a warm up before each workout
