It’s clear as day that summer is over but although it may be over it doesn’t mean we just give up on our beach bods. You should actually never workout just for the sake of summer. Workout all year round for the sake of being healthy both physically and mentally. Join me in this week’s workouts!

- Drink plenty of water always, but especially during and after a workout.
- Stretch before and after a workout to reduce soreness and prevent injury
- Push yourself but know your limits.
