  • Relax yourself and take a breather whenever you are feeling dizzy or out of breath
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Stretch before and after a workout
  • Repeat the workouts as needed
  • Remember to push yourself but know your limit
  • If you want to see major results, make sure you are eating clean too

      1. Yeah, I know it is normal. I used to be super active but then had a pretty lazy run for almost a year. So staying on track is imperative right now if I am not going to go back to full sloth. 😛

    1. Hahaha, they’re all pretty short workouts the videos anyway are short so they’re quick 4-15 minutes! You can get up and move for 4 minutes can’t you?! Come on no more being too lazy! Haha, however, there is one video by Lucy which I love on YouTube and she has a Lazy Girl’s 4 Minute Fat burner! haha maybe thats for you! Here it is!
