Get To Know: Natalie Vinh

Hello everyone, we are halfway through June so make sure you let me know how the month is treating you thus far in the comment section below! Today, our special Get To Know guest is the gorgeous Natalie Vinh! Natalie is a Norther California girl who loves iced coffees and is an amazing lifestyle blogger. Let’s get to know a bit more about her!

The Basics:

Let’s Get A Little Personal:

Daisy by Marc Jacobs
Favorite Blog Post:
Maybe my first coffee talk post!
Favorite Recipe:
Either my chocolate chip cookie recipe or this recipe for a gluten-free flourless chocolate cake that literally tastes like fudge
Favorite Clothing Brand:
For designer, Marc Jacobs. For non-designer, Urban Outfitters.
Favorite Makeup Brand:
Benefit for makeup, Pixi for skincare
Favorite Quote:
“Ability may get you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there” – Stevie Wonder

This or That:

Jeans or Leggings: Jeans
Denim or Leather: Ooh, I love a good denim look. But leather all the way.
It’s classic and sexy, I love it.
Formal or Casual: Both?
Savory or Sweet: Sweet! I have the biggest sweet tooth in the world.
Dine in or take out: Take out, because I like to watch Netflix while I eat.

Have You Ever?:

Have you ever traveled outside the country?
Yes, to Canada! But only when I was little so I don’t remember it at all.
Done a road trip?
A couple of years ago I drove with my family to Arizona, and it was the longest, most boring road trip ever. You get on one highway and stay on it for a million miles and everything around you looks the same.
Laughed so hard you peed yourself?
More than once.
Read a book that changed your perspective?
Not yet, but I hope I will someday.

Simple Questions:

When did you start blogging?
I started blogging at the end of February.
Why did you start blogging?
I needed something to do and I wanted to share my lifestyle passions with the world. Plus I wanted to meet new people.
What is the best part of blogging?
The people, 100%. I love you all very much.
What are your hobbies?
Baking, photography, online shopping, buying things I don’t need
How do you like to spend your free time?
Reading blog posts, watching Elijah and Christine on YouTube and planning my outfits

Let’s Get a Deeper Connection:

What advice would you give your younger self?
Chill out, like a lot. You freak yourself out so much and if you keep going with that you’re going to need medicine to make it stop. Just chill out.
How do you positively affect the world?
That just got existential. I’m a good, kind person who impacts certain people through my friendship and my blog.
If you could change anything about the world?
Rights. Everyone is a human and everyone deserves to be treated as such.
Describe the perfect world.
A place where everyone can feel safe. A place where everyone can have the same opportunities to try for what they want to do, and a place where oppression is a thing of the past.

How lovely were Natalie’s answers?! I loved getting to know her a bit more so I hope that all of you go on over to her blog, check her out and give her a massive follow!
