As you can probably already tell, we are definitely kicking up and working our abs extra hard this month; I’m following the 30 day Ab Challenge below. As you can also see, we aren’t just doing the ab challenge, we are also focusing on other parts of our body. Let’s do it!!!
Tips & Tricks:
- Water is your best friend
- Stretch before and after a workout
- Always do a warmup before a workout
- Fitness isn’t always all about working hard, eating healthy is important too

Thanks needed this

Are you going to do this ab challenge? I am starting a different one, a little less rigorous so I can get in my other activities 🙂

Yes!!! I’m going to be trying this even though if I’m totally honest…I hate working out abs but I want a flat and toned tummy so badly so I’m definitely going to try out this challenge and hope for the best. Good luck on your fitness journey! x

I am with ya! I used to run regularly and go to boot camps, but life started getting in the way, and I have somehow become rather sloth-like. But I have a 10K in early June and a cruise in July, so it is time for me to get off of my lazy bum. I need to get my running shoes back on to get ready for the 10k, but I think I will be throwing in some of the core and arms from your challenge. 🙂

Woahhhh a 10k?! I’ve only ever done a 5k and that was just for my own to see if I could do it and boy did I struggle. Major props to you for being able to run a 10k! I wish you the best of luck with your training and have fun on that cruise !!

You could totally do it. It just takes a little bit of training and some friends alongside to keep you motivated (read: drag you by the ears when you try to stop). My first 5K was rough as well, but then it got easier as my body got used to running. But now… I am a sloth! 😛 It may be a 10K trudge. And thank you–I plan to enjoy the heck out of my cruise, which will be much needed after this school year. 🙂

I wish I had this much dedication! I’m always so lazy when it comes to working out and I’m totally frustrated with myself for it!
