Warm up: 

  • 10 squats
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 40 high knees

REPEAT ONE MORE TIME

Part A:

  • Set clock for 1 minute and do as many squats as possible
  • Set clock for 1 minute and do as many crunches as possible

Part B:

  • 30 second plank
  • 10 jumping squats
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 10 squats
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 10 lunges
  • 50 jumping jacks

REPEAT ONE MORE TIME
