Quotes to Live By 001

For some strange reason I’ve always loved quotes. Ever since I can remember, quotes have always had an impact on me; I’ve always wondered how such a small phrase could be so empowering. Below I have written some quotes I’ve found and also I’ve explained what they mean to me. I would love it if you could put some input in the comment section of how you interpret the quotes yourself.

“Don’t let someone else’s opinion of you become your reality.”

The quote above is quite straightforward; you should never let someone else’s thoughts of you impact how you live your life or how you see yourself. After all, the only person who knows you truly is yourself and therefore a strangers opinion should never have an impact on who you really are or who you wish to become.

“Never let a bad day make you feel like you have a bad life.”

Ohhhhh, this quote couldn’t be more relatable in my opinion. I have bad days, my friends have bad days WE ALL have bad days. If you think about, bad days are inevitable and they often come at the worst times every but there is nothing we can do about it. A bad day never means a bad life because that one day isn’t a representation of your whole life. When you’re having a bad day try focusing on the days where you were happy, smiling and having good laughs. Remember that this one crummy day will only affect you for these misally 24 hours, they do no compare to the other hundreds of hours of great days you’ve had and will continue to have.

“It’s important to make someone happy, and it’s important to start with yourself.”

I couldn’t agree with this quote more. You cannot make someone else completely happy unless you too have felt complete happiness. You come first above all and then you may help others to find whatever it is they need to become satisfied with life. It’s important to remember that you come first before anyone else.
