When in Miami what else is there to do other than spending your whole entire day enjoying the heat of the sun and warm waters?! Well, there’s actually tons to do but a majority of our trip there my boyfriend and I did spend it on the beach soaking up the rays and swimming with the fish, I can actually say that because there were little guppies swimming around us.
Each day my boyfriend and I would go down to our lobby, grab a chair and towel and make our way to the beach. I’ll be honest with you, here in Jersey I spend more time tanning on the beach than I do even stepping foot in the Jersey Ocean however I couldn’t resist constantly being in the warm clear waters of Miami Beach. My boyfriend and I literally would spend all day swimming around, trying to catch guppies, which we failed at every time, collecting shells and rocks, and avoiding sting rays, yup, apparently there was a sting ray in the water.

It was soooooo clear and amazing and warm! I miss it! In Jersey, where I am from, it’s nothing like this, trust me, our water is typically brown too and much colder than Miami’s warm water! Thanks for dropping by gorgeous!

It was plenty of fun! The Jersey waters tend to be pretty cold too, especially in comparison to the warm Miami water!

It’s definitely different in comparison to Miami. I will admit, not as clean or pretty but it’s good to experience the boardwalks and such.

I would spend it chasing little fish too hahaha! I’ve never seen a stingray in the ocean before. Just at the aquarium, so that’s pretty cool!

That looks like so much fun. I love to be on the beach. I was born in Paterson, NJ but we moved when I was 3. We went back to visit my grandparents a lot and we always hit the Jersey shore. I have so many memories there! I have also visited beaches in Florida and Maine. I would say Maine is my all-time fav, but honestly, I just love the ocean. The sights and sounds and even smells take me to my happy place for sure! Glad you had a great trip.

We aren’t sure yet- we’re thinking of Mexico or maybe Greece- two places we haven’t visited yet but really want to go to!
