Tips & Tricks
- Stretch before and after a workout.
- Drink plenty of water during and after a workout to keep yourself hydrated and healthy.
- Try to have some protein packed snacks after a workout to help build muscle, keep you from going fatigue and help you with muscle soreness.
- I always repeat videos several times and even mix up several videos in a day, if you feel like you weren’t challenged enough, make sure you do the same thing.
