Tips & Tricks

  • Stretch before and after a workout.
  • Drink plenty of water during and after a workout to keep yourself hydrated and healthy.
  • Try to have some protein packed snacks after a workout to help build muscle, keep you from going fatigue and help you with muscle soreness.
  • I always repeat videos several times and even mix up several videos in a day, if you feel like you weren’t challenged enough, make sure you do the same thing.

    1. I basically love anything that Lucy has ever posted which is why I use so many of her videos, other than that it’s really trial and error. There have been days where I have put on a video and felt very bored or unchallenged so I changed it back to my trusted Lucy!
