Tips & Tricks:
- Drink plenty of water.
- Stretch before & after a workout.
- Repeat workouts as needed.
- If you ever feel dizzy during a workout, pause the video, drink water and relax for a bit.
Great tips, Bea. The water I’m good with – always drink plenty. But I’m often naughty and don’t stretch. Must do better!

Sometimes I do a quick stretch and think I’ll be fine but then I realize I’m in pain later so it’s much better to just do a full long stretch to really help the body!

It is really hard to forget because you kinda just want to get into the workout and then into the shower after the workout but it’s definitely so much better for you if you stretch! Have a lovely day and thank you for coming by! x

I workout all year round, typically 5-6 times a week. I will admit though, for the past few months I’ve been trying to push myself a little bit harder because I know that the summer months are coming! Can’t wait for all of your comments! x

Most favorite: legs and buns!!! Least: abs ! I want a flat toned tummy but I hate working the abs
