Guess Who’s Back? Back Again.

Shady’s back, tell a friend!

Just kidding, Shady isn’t back but BeaFree is! I can honestly say that I have missed my hobby of blogging oh so so very much but sadly with the laptop issue I had and well life just getting far too busy, I just wasn’t able to pursue my hobby of blogging. All that aside though, I have missed it tremendously and I am determined to set time aside each week to type away and be creative in my own little place of the internet!

I thought I should catch you all up on what has been going on in my life and the best way for me to do that is just in a list where I mention things briefly, later on I can expand a little more on each and everyone of them!

  1. I finished student teaching in December.
  2. In December I was offered two job offers, BEFORE EVEN GRADUATING!
  3. I officially have my own classroom.
  4. I have been on two mini getaways since I last blogged.
  5. I turned 24.
  6. Although I haven’t updated my blog, I have been on Pinterest quite a bit.
  7. I have also been updating my Instagram.
  8. I’ve experienced many teacher situations that are worth sharing.
  9. I have worked and have felt drained multiple times.
  10. I’ve been trying to push myself harder at the gym.

I can honestly say that I am looking forward to being back with you all! Let me know, what have I missed?! How have you been?!

  1. Haha that title is perfect 😂

I just started following you but welcome back! And Happy belated birthday! I just turned 33 in February- love your 20’s. They make you who you are and you don’t want to look back and think “I should’ve done more” so GET IT GIRL!

  2. Welcome back Bea, Congrats on your recent successes! I’m glad you’re back, I’ve been wanting to let you know that I nominated you for the Sunshine Blogger Award! I love your blog, I was telling Ciarra that you two were the ones who really gave me the courage to get onto WordPress. So thank you, keep on blogging and inspiring.

      1. Yeah, that sounds about right for life in the classroom. It gets easier, though some years will really knock you on your rear. However, it is NEVER boring and there are always students who make it all worthwhile.

We are doing well. I am navigating life as a teacher/parent at the same school. It’s hard not to want to stalk my son during all of my breaks, check on his behavior, etc. Thankfully he is only in 1st grade so he isn’t completely mortified… yet 🙂

      2. Haha, oh my goodness, it must be so difficult to have a son in the same school as you teach. If I were a parent and in your situation I too would want to always be checking up on him!

  3. Welcome back, Bea! I hope your laptop issue has sorted itself out. We are so dependent on our technological goodies, isn’t it? Congratulations on being offered two jobs even before finishing your studies. What a high that must be! 🙂 xx
