Monday Motivation, Monday Motivation, It’s Monday and I’m here to Motivate you to get up and get active! Come on, enough of sitting around looking at people and saying “Oh I wish I looked like them.” How about you get up and do something about it! Join me in this weeks workouts!

Monday

  • 10 skater lunges
  • 10 sumo squats
  • 10 feet together squats
  • 10 backward lunges
  • 10 single leg lunges

Repeat 3 times.

Looking Ahead

Tuesday

  • 10 bicycle crunches
  • 10 leg raises
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 mountain climbers

Repeat 3 times

Wednesday

  • 50 high knees
  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 Russian twists
  • 10 butterfly kicks

Repeat 3 times

Thursday

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 10 side lunges
  • 10 squats
  • 10 leg raises
  • 10 crunches

Repeat 3 times

Friday

  • 30 second wall sit
  • 30 second squat hold
  • 30 second plank
  • 30 second jumping jacks
  • 30 second skater lunges
  • 30 second burpees

Repeat for 20 minutes with minimal rest in between.

Saturday

  • REST

Sunday

  • REST

Tips & Tricks:

  • Just a friendly reminder, I am not a professional trainer but I do think working out is a healthy part of life.
  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after a workout.
  • ALWAYS stretch before and after a workout
  • Eat a protein packed snack after a workout.
  • Push yourself but know your limits.
  • Always stop a workout if you feel heavy breathing or light headed.
  • Believe in yourself.
  • Take progress photos.
  • Never skip breakfast
  • Repeat these workouts as needed.
  • Combine these workouts with another routine or do them alone.
