Tips & Tricks
- Drink plenty of water
- Push yourself but know your limit
- Always stretch before and after a workout
- Have a protein packed snack after your workout
- Have no time? Try to do at LEAST 10 minutes of exercise a day, I’m sure you can find at LEAST 10 minutes
