  • Sumo squats
  • Regular squats
  • Forward lounges
  • Step ups
  • Reverse lounges

       3-4 sets of 10 reps

Tuesday November 21, 2017 

  • Jumping jacks
  • Burpees
  • High knees
  • Mountain climbers

3-4 sets of 10 reps 

Wednesday November 22, 2017 

  • Crunches
  • Sit ups
  • Leg raises
  • Bicycle kicks

3-4 sets of 10 reps

  • Rest it up

Tips & Tricks

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Push yourself but know your limit
  • Always stretch before and after a workout
  • Have a protein packed snack after your workout
  • Have no time? Try to do at LEAST 10 minutes of exercise a day, I’m sure you can find at LEAST 10 minutes
