Grab a deck of cards! That’s right, I’m bringing back the card workout that so many of you loved! For this week you will need a deck of cards for your workout. Once you grab the cards, shuffle them up and place them faced down on a table. After your stretch, flip the first card and do whatever workout is assigned for that card on that day, repeat the movement for 10 reps, unless it’s an Ace where you will do it for 11 reps. Do as much of the deck as you can in 25 minutes or if you’re feeling brave, finish the deck regardless of time.

Tips & Tricks:
- Water, water, water!
- Protein snacks after working out are perfect to build muscles and keep your soreness at bay
