- You can repeat the videos as much as you need to feel the extra burn.
- Stretch before and after a workout.
- Water is always your best friend.
- Try having a protein packed snack after a workout to aid in muscle recovery.
- Stop and relax if you are ever really out of breath, dizzy or feel physically ill.
- Push yourself, but always know your limit.
