Tips & Tricks

  • You can repeat the videos as much as you need to feel the extra burn. 
  • Stretch before and after a workout.
  • Water is always your best friend. 
  • Try having a protein packed snack after a workout to aid in muscle recovery. 
  • Stop and relax if you are ever really out of breath, dizzy or feel physically ill. 
  • Push yourself, but always know your limit.
