It’s the last week of September already, can you believe it?! Has time been flying by? Have you been keeping up with this month’s workouts?! I hope you have. We started off with some calming yoga this month as a bit of change however we are going to end this month with a total full blown hard and fun workout involving cards! That’s right, for this week you will need a deck of cards for your workout. Once you grab the cards, shuffle them up and place them faced down on a table. After your stretch, flip the first card and do whatever workout is assigned for that card on that day, repeat the movement for 10 reps, unless it’s an Ace where you will do it for 11 reps. Do as much of the deck as you can in 25 minutes or if you’re feeling brave, finish the deck regardless of time.

Tips & Tricks:

  • Stretch before and after a workout.
  • Drink plenty of water, ALWAYS.
  • Take a break if you are feeling very out of breath or light headed.
  • Keep track of your progress with photos.
  • Enjoy & have fun!
