If you’ve been keeping up with my Monday Motivation’s than you’ll know that I absolutely love Lucy’s videos as well as Adriene’s videos and I typically share their workouts, however, this week I want to introduce you all to Whitney Simmons who also posts fitness videos on YouTube. Tips & Tricks:
- Don’t forget to always drink plenty of water after a workout.
- Stretch, stretch, stretch!
- Whitney posts the workout routine in the description box of her videos so no need to write down what she does, just watch so that you have the idea of what every move looks like.
- Don’t have weights or resistance bands? That’s fine, body weight works great or you can grab a couple of books.
I love YouTube workouts too and have never come across any by Whitney Simmons. I’ll have to try one out :)) also I love that you have a work out almost everyday – even if it’s a short one!

Bodyweight exercise is personally the best type of exercise you can do for strength and flexibility.
And water is best liquid for when your thirsty 😅
