Welcome to September! September I feel can be quite stressful, especially for those of us going back to school or starting a new job. One of the ways to reduce stress is to get up and get active. This week, instead of doing intense workouts, we are going to focus on Yoga in order to relax ourselves while we adjust to this new schedule of school and work. Grab your yoga matt or a towel, hop into some comfy clothes and let’s all get a little bit more zen.

  • Remember, it’s not always about heavy lifting, sometimes taking a week to just stretch your body is important and just as healthy as doing high intensity workouts
