Warm up:

20 Squats

20 Jumping Jacks

20 High Knees

20 Butt Kicks

Repeat twice

Circuit One:

10 Burpees

20 Bicycle Kicks

20 Crunches

20 Mountain Climbers

Circuit Two:

15 Push ups

20 Scissor Kicks

30 Russian Twists

30 Second Plank

Repeat twice through. If you are beginner, only do this once.

  • Relax and stretch your body out

Tips & Tricks

  • Remember to always stay hydrated
  • Push yourself but know your limits
  • If there is ever a movement you don’t like, simply jog in place for a bit as a replacement for the exercise
  • Stretching is your best friend
  • Progress photos- make sure to take them so that you can see how far you’ve come

  1. I’m travelling right now and have no complaints about it, but I really do miss going to the gym and having a regular workout schedule. Mine at home is so similar to this!
