Back again with another Monday Motivation! Let’s get fit together with this weeks workouts!

Monday July 24, 2017

Warm up:

20 jumping jacks

20 high knees

20 jump ropes

Repeat 3 times

Circuit One:

30 Donkey Kicks (15 each leg)

30 Fire Hydrants (15 each leg)

30 Lunges (15 each leg)

15 Squats

Circuit Two:

30 Mountain Climbers

20 Scissor Kicks

30 Russian Twists (15 each side)

10 Push Ups

Repeat each circuit twice through or once if you are a beginner.

  • Rest day

Tips & Tricks:

  • Order water at restaurants instead of getting a soda or another fruity drink
  • Stretch before each workout and after each workout
  • Yoga is just as important as high intensity workouts so try to fit in a yoga session on your rest day if you are interested
  • If you are ever having an awful day and REALLY don’t feel like working out, try going for a walk or trying yoga instead of a high intensity workout

  1. Oooh… don’t think I am quite ready for that work out this morning. But I gave up soda a while ago and basically any processed foods. I will have to try your Monday Motivation next week to get my week off to a good start 😀

    1. Giving up soda and processed foods is definitely a step in the right direction towards a healthier and fitter lifestyle, so that is a great improvement! As for the workouts, do try them next week, some of them are very short and you can just quickly squeeze it in and repeat if you feel the need or have the time! Best of luck!
