It’s officially summer so we need to keep up with our summer bodies! As per usual, I’ll be using a lot of Lucy Wyndham-Read’s YouTube videos this month because I absolutely love her workouts! Tips & Tricks:
- Firstly, I want to make it clear that these are guidelines, I have done all of these workouts before but I usually repeat the videos 4-5 times a day sometimes more, depending on my energy level
- Water is always your best friend, especially during a workout
- When drinking water during a workout make sure to take light sips because you don’t want a belly full of water while you workout
- Stretch, stretch, stretch
