Monday Motivation 045

It’s officially summer so we need to keep up with our summer bodies! As per usual, I’ll be using a lot of Lucy Wyndham-Read’s YouTube videos this month because I absolutely love her workouts! I’ll also be incorporating other YouTube videos as well as some PopSugar videos! I hope you’re ready for this weeks workout!

  • Rest it up!

Tips & Tricks:

  • Firstly, I want to make it clear that these are guidelines, I have done all of these workouts before but I usually repeat the videos 4-5 times a day sometimes more, depending on my energy level
  • Water is always your best friend, especially during a workout
  • When drinking water during a workout make sure to take light sips because you don’t want a belly full of water while you workout
  • Stretch, stretch, stretch
