  • Repeat workouts as needed.
  • Water is very important to keep you hydrated and healthy.
  • Stretch before and after a workout to prevent injury.
  • If you ever feel dizzy or as if the workout is too much, feel free to pause the video and take a rest.
  • Push yourself but know your limits

    1. I love them so much! Sometimes when I feel they may be too easy for me or if I’m feeling like I need a little extra I do the videos one or two more times ! Love her videos!
