Hey everyone! Welcome back to our amazing Monday Motivation post where we want to encourage you to do short quick workouts that burn a lot of calories and are very effective! If you’ve been sticking to this month’s workouts then you know that we are using Lucy Wyndham-Read’s YouTube channel and specifically using her May Challenge videos even though it’s June!

Tips & Tricks:

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Stretch before & after a workout.
  • If you ever feel dizzy or winded, make sure to pause the video and take a break.
  • Repeat the video(s) if necessary (I always do)
  • Don’t forget the progress photo!
  • Remember, it takes time!

  1. Great advise! This is essentially great for people who don’t have the opportunity to go to the gym, or don’t like to go to the gym. These are also great quick workouts that easily fit into anyone’s day.

  2. I’m definitely taking you up on this idea! I love short workouts at home! I already subscribed to Lucy.
    As for drinking plenty water, my trick is Plant Nanny app. Every time I drink water I have to water a virtual plant, otherwise, I never drink up the norm I need.
