Tips & Tricks:
- Drink plenty of water.
- Stretch before & after a workout.
- If you ever feel dizzy or winded, make sure to pause the video and take a break.
- Repeat the video(s) if necessary (I always do)
- Don’t forget the progress photo!
- Remember, it takes time!
