Travel Tag

The great Oriana that lives in Paris has nominated for the Travel Tag. I actually never heard of this tag before so I was very excited to be nominated for it. Thank you Oriana so very much for nominating me. I hope that everyone goes on over to her blog and checks out her great posts!

What is your favourite place that you have visited?

I hate picking favorites so very much but if I had to pick one I think I would say Algarve, Portugal because it sort of reminded me of the photos I’ve seen of Greece and I loved the beach there and night life too.

If you could visit anywhere tomorrow where would you go?

Right now I really wish I was on a beach so I’m going to have to go with the Bahamas.

Would you rather go on a city holiday or a beach holiday?

Let’s go to the beach, beach, let’s go get away!

My top three holiday essentials are:

  • Camera
  • Phone
  • A bag to carry all my stuff

Are you an over packer or an under packer?

I am most definitely an over packer. My issue is I think like “well what if I spill something on that outfit, I need something to change into.” I also end up thinking of different types of weather I might hit like rain, cold, windy, really hot or crazy stuff like oh well what if I want to workout or what if we go somewhere really fancy…then the next thing I know I’m packing my whole closet.

What is your favourite thing about going on holidays?

Simply exploring new land and seeing new things.

Would you rather go on holidays with family or friends?

Both are great but I think going with friends would be really fun. I’ve never actually been on vacation with friends so that would be fun to try.

What is the most adventurous dish you have ever tried from another country?

Let me be honest, I am the least adventure person ever when it comes to food so I can’t even say I’ve tried an adventurous dish.

In the United States I’ve been to: New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Florida, I’ve also drive down to Florida so I went through Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia.   22. I was happy when you mentioned Portugal haha Portuguese lady at heart. Is that lady your mom? You look like her. And I’m also not adventurous at all when it comes to food. I keep ordering the same thing over and over because I’m afraid that, if I order something new, I might not like it and ruin my meal lol

  28. If it’s travel with family or to some conference or otherwise professional event, I’m forced to pack a lot more, as I need to bring dressier clothes. If I travel by myself for recreation, I can pack super-light.
