  • Congratulations if you’ve done May’s workouts, it’s definitely been a challenge, especially with the ab workouts.
  • Water is very important, so remember to stay hydrated.
  • Stretch before and after a workout.
  • Repeat workouts as needed.
  • If you ever feel dizzy, stop, take a breather.
