Tips & Tricks:
- Congratulations if you’ve done May’s workouts, it’s definitely been a challenge, especially with the ab workouts.
- Water is very important, so remember to stay hydrated.
- Stretch before and after a workout.
- Repeat workouts as needed.
- If you ever feel dizzy, stop, take a breather.
