Monday Motivation 037

We have reached the middle of the month (week wise) and we’ve been doing so very well with all of our previous workouts so let’s make this week just as great, if not better! If you’ve been keeping up you know that we are working on our abs this month by doing an ab challenge however we aren’t only working on abs, we are also working on other parts of our body.

Tips & Tricks

  • Water, water, and more water
  • If you ever feel dizzy, pause the video and breathe, drink plenty of water
  • Push yourself but know your limits
  • Stretch, stretch and more stretching
  • Take your time with the abs, I know it can be difficult

  1. Yesterday I have started my 1st day of routine. It’s been a 3+ years of gap since I will start any proper routine.

    A couple of one or 3 days false starts did came up. But nothing which makes me go and be consistent.

    I will try to come up to your level.

    1. The important thing is that you start and attempt to stick to it. Remember that if at any point in a workout you feel like it’s too difficult, just take it slow. When you are starting up working out it’s important to not dive straight in because this will be very discouraging. Workout to your level and slowly build up from there. Best of luck!

  2. Great post! Have you ever tried to use a habit tracker? I think this may be very heloful, since you can track every new good habit 🙂
    I think I should try this challenge 🙂
