Tips & Tricks:
- Drink plenty of water during and after a workout
- Replace sugary or fatty snacks such as chips & cookies with apples & peanut butter or with other fruits you may enjoy
- Stretching is your best friend after a workout, it can prevent injury and prevent excessive soreness
How are you doing on the ab challenge? I am struggling to fit it into the running and climbing-if the sun is out here I am out too! Hope you are faring better than me 🙂

Okay, so totally honest…I’ve SLACKED major! I’ve done all of the days so far BUT I’ve done them into two days…so on the rest days I actually did 3 days worth of abs…which is torture…especially if the numbers keep getting bigger.
