- Remember to always drink water during and after a workout.
- Stretch, stretch, stretch to warm up, cool down and to prevent injury.
- On your rest day, if you’re feeling daring try doing some yoga, I recommend Adriene With Yoga on YouTube
- Repeat videos as needed.

When the videos are really short, I sometimes do them twice. I’ve never tried these workouts you suggested…are you working out mostly with Lucy?

I do repeat them twice sometimes I go really insane and do it 4-5 times, those are the days I really want to push myself. I do many workouts with Lucy but I also do Yoga With Adriene sometimes and I’ve most recently been searching on PopSugar for some workouts.
