One Lovely Blog Award 008

The month of awards keeps on going with yet another award post! Today I want to thank the amazing Jen for nominating me for the One Lovely Blog Award. Jen nominated me last month on March 14th but I’m just getting around to posting this post. Thank you so much Jen for nominating me and so so so sorry that it’s so late, hope you didn’t think I forgot about you. I think everyone over here should just leave this post and go on over to Jen’s blog because she has great posts on food, beauty, travel and life!

    1. Thank you so much! I honestly started gaining weight after I started working out. I read that if I worked out I would gain muscle weight especially if I took some protein shakes. I hated the protein shakes but I took them for a few months until I noticed I was gaining weight. Afterwards I realized I was also eating much much more because I was getting so tired from working out. Now I’m happy and comfortable with my weight, I do not take protein shakes but I do workout and I do have the occasional protein bar after my workouts. I’m in no way shape or form a muscle god by the way, I’m not bulky or anything of that sort. Hope this helps! Have a great day!
