Tips & Tricks:

  • Personally, I always repeat videos or do several videos in a day but I’ve been working out for awhile. Doing just one of these videos once a day is plenty enough because they are very intense.
  • Short workouts tend to keep you motivated to keep doing it more often.
  • Slowly increase your workouts so that you stay motivated to keep going in the future.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Remember, you can always pause the video if you feel out of breath.
  • After completing these workouts, especially the HIIT workouts, you’ll burn more calories throughout the day.
