Tips Β & Tricks

  • Repeat the video once or twice through depending on how advanced you are.
  • Push yourself but know your limit.
  • If you ever feel overworked, exhausted or light headed, stop the video, grab water and take a break.
  • Don’t forget to breathe during your workout, seems silly but it’s so easy to just hold our breath while we workout.
  • WATER WATER WATER!

    1. I try to workout 4-6 times a week. I post these Monday Motivation’s as help for those who may not be so into working out. The workouts are usually very very quick, some are only 4 minutes but they are high intensity. Although I’ve done every video I post, for the most part I actually do about 4-6 videos a day which sounds insane but it really gets me going. On some days, instead of doing an intense workout I do yoga or I go for a walk. I tell myself that if I walk a lot I can usually take the day off. I do love to workout, mostly because I know it’s good for me but also because I love the feeling of doing good for my body.
