- If you ever feel exhausted or over done during a HIIT workout, simply pause the video and take a break until you’re ready to come back.
- Yoga isn’t so much about getting into the pose as much as it is getting your mind into the focus of the practice itself; Adriene talks a lot about this.
- Water, water and more water!

Your last point about water is so true. Sometimes I’ll just take a sip and all of a sudden I’m energized again! I sometimes forget about drinking water, and wonder why I’m so crabby halfway through the day π
