I do a lot of exercise a lot of hard intense classes and a lot of weights….I also have struggled with a little mummy tummy since having my daughter five years ago but since I decided to take up yoga and pilates twice a week my core strength is the best it has ever been and im actually starting to change shape! thanks for a great post x

    1. Isn’t it crazy how you can work your butt off in the gym with intense classes but something as soothing and calming as yoga can have such an impact on your body? Don’t get me wrong, some poses are soooo difficult and require so much concentration and inner strength! I’m very glad that you’ve noticed your body changing, I hope it continues to change and that you are extremely happy in your own skin :D!

  3. This is so helpful, especially the different time frame options! I have done the 21 Day Fix from Beachbody and I really enjoy their yoga workout, but I’ve had a hard time finding others I like as much. I’m excited to try some of these you posted!
