January Favorites

The first month of the new year has quickly come and gone. With the end of the month we always get a monthly favorites so, today I will share with you what I’ve been loving this month.

FOOD

Mandarins:

For some reason this month I decided to grab a big bag of mandarins while I was at the store and let me tell you, I have not regretted it since! I’ve been eating 2-3 of these little guys daily!

Matcha Green Tea:

Also this month I decided to purchase Matcha Green Tea. Another new product? I took this new year new me thing very seriously apparently! Matcha Green Tea has many many health benefits so I’ve been having it a couple of times a week to detox my body.

White Chocolate Mocha:

I was recently introduced to the lovely white chocolate mocha from Starbucks and let me tell you…amazing! I definitely recommend if you love smooth chocolaty flavored drinks.

MAKEUP: 

MAC Blush:

I don’t know much about makeup at all, however, I know that I’ve been loving my MAC blush because it gives my skin some color and trust me, it needs color right now. The shade of blusher I’ve been using is called Desert Rose.

Rimmel London Natural Bronzer:

As I said previously, my skin is currently looking very pale in comparison to my summer glow; alongside the MAC blush, I’ve been loving this bronzer in the shade Sundance.

MISCELLANEOUS: 

Fitness:

I’ve been quite the fitness nut recently, well, all of last year I was and I’m bringing it into this year too! I’ve been really kicking butt with my workouts this month extending some workouts from 20 minutes all the way to an hour. I know hour long workouts may not seem that big a deal to some people because that’s what they normally do at the gym however, for someone who is use to just putting in 20 minutes a day, this is HUGE.

Top Golf:

I’ve never been a golfer however recently I went to this place called Top Golf. Top Golf is a fun bar/golfing range where you have to try to hit your golf ball into different colored targets. I honestly can say I’ve had such a blast playing this and I recommend it to everyone!! Check out if you have a Top Golf near you because you may just love it as much as I do.

    1. Yeah, I agree with you, definitely not easy! I don’t do it everyday. I try to do at least 1-2 one hour workouts a week and with that done I’m proud of myself haha. Slowly I’ll make them more frequent. Thanks for stopping by!

      1. I like to put my matcha in a power smoothie. We can be motivational buddies ♡ I know I can be an angry dinosaur without my runs and weights lol. I feel positive vibes for this month. It will surely be a lovely one. I can’t wait to hear more from you!
