“Look good, feel good” is what I’ve always heard. Do clothes really have an impact on the way you feel? Actually, they may. Think about it, you put on your favorite pair of oversized sweats and a hoodie and you automatically feel comfy, cozy and safe; on the other hand, put on a pair of stilettos and a little black dress and you feel sexy or beautiful, whichever you prefer. Point is, what you wear does impact the way you feel about yourself. When it comes to working out, I’ve noticed that if I wear tight leggings and a sweatshirt or workout shirt I’m a lot more motivated to workout then if I wear baggy sweats and hoodie. It’s probably all mental, but I promise you, it does have an impact.

      3. I think it’s totally worth it! The quality of the products is so good and you just know they’ll last a very long time. I’ve had a few pieces for 6+ months and they still look new, no signs of wear on them. Plus if you sign up to be a VIP there, they have SO many good deals and constant sales. I highly recommend checking it out

  5. “Look good feel good” I swear I say that to my boyfriend 10000x especially when I’m shopping for gym clothes lol I totally justify my working out by bribing myself with cute gym outfits and quite frankly, it works 🙂

  9. I love activewear and Forever 21 has been stepping up their game. I love the first two outfits. I have been buying mine from Fabletics. I love their leggings but now I am on the hunt for Nike leggings.

  11. I always felt like I could not start running until I had proper workout gear! And am so glad Bonds and Asos do active wear too now. Unfortunately in Melbourne we don’t have Forever 21.
