    1. Oh yes yes yes ! I give these as a guide to what I have done in the past couple of weeks. I definitely do more than one video a day, sometimes I’ll repeat the videos or I’ll just do other videos. I also have a maxi climber that I go on for about 30 minutes to an hour some days!
