New year new us? Not necessarily but we can all definitely benefit from getting fitter than the year before. Start 2017 off right by doing this weeks workouts then tune in next week for some more Monday Motivation!

Tips & Tricks:

  • Always stay hydrated during and after a workout
  • Make sure to stretch before and after a workout
  • A warm up is very important in order to prevent injuries
