- Doing yoga on a yoga matt is much more comfortable than doing it on the bare floor
- It’s okay if you can’t reach certain positions in yoga with practice you’ll become more flexible
I wish I had more motivation! I’m always exhausted with two babes that I have absolutely no energy! Going to try my best doing these
