Another Monday another motivation post! For the next couple of weeks we are going to be focus on 4 minute workouts and some yoga. Although 4 minute workouts are quick they can be super effective if you keep up with them. More importantly, with such busy days doing these 4 minute workouts won’t take up too much time and also gives you the opportunity to repeat them if you feel the need to burn some more calories.

Tips & Tricks
- For the 4 minute workouts you can repeat them as many times as you need to in order to really feel the burn and sweat a bit
- With every workout you can feel free to take a walk around your neighborhood or local park, this will not only release stress from your mind but walking is healthy for your body too
- Don’t ever overwork yourself, take your time with everything and know your limit
- Drink plenty of water and don’t forget to cool off and warm up before each workout
