Monday Motivation 001

Hello there! I’ve made a challenge to myself and I’ve challenged you as well to get fit this month by hopping onto a workout routine. As I’ve mentioned in my September Motivation, I slacked off when it came to working out in the month of August but a new month means new goals and this months goal is to get back on track. If you’ve read the September Motivation blog post then you’ll know that I’ve also planned to do a 30 Day Ab Challenge which I’ve never done before but I am curious to see if there will be results. Come along for the journey!

Today’s Workout – Monday September 5th

  • 35 crunches
  • 14 leg raises
  • 30 second plank

I hope you join me on this weeks  workout adventure and let me know how you’re doing. I’ve stated that some of the walking is optional because we all have busy days and the weather may effect whether or not we can walk outside peacefully. Essentially, if you have a pet or even a friend go outside for a walk and have a chat or enjoy the scenery.
