Avocado Toast
For some odd reason, the consumption of avocado has escalated tremendously recently which of course brings me to this lovely breakfast treat, the avocado toast! To make the perfect avocado toast grab yourself some bread, toast it up then smash avocado on it. To spice things up, add some flavor like red pepper flakes or pepper or even top it off with an egg or some smoked salmon! Be creative and add your favorite toppings to the toast to change it up each time.

Fruit Smoothie
A fruit smoothie is definitely a great and healthy way to start your morning; whether you’ve got time or you’re on the go. In a blender, blend strawberries, a banana, a pear, the juice of an orange and some water and there you go, you have a lovely fresh healthy smoothie!
Muffins
There are a variety of muffins out there which means you can certainly have a different kind each and everyday. If you don’t fancy the store bought muffins, maybe try making your own and you can share with friends and family for a great morning breakfast.

Yogurt ParfaitÂ
Yum yum and healthy too! A yogurt parfait is essentially a mixture of yogurt, fruit and granola. With a parfait you can go as wild or as subtle as you want. Try mixing your favorite greek yogurt with some granola, strawberries, banana and stop it off with agave or honey. Don’t like that idea? Maybe try yogurt blueberries and raspberries! Have as much fun as you want with it and try as many different combinations as you can.

Fruit Salad
On an extreme health kick? A fruit salad may just be the right way for you to start your healthy day. In a large bowl, mix apples, strawberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, banana, kiwi, blueberries and add some orange juice then you’ll have the perfect fruit salad.
